Lead Member
For each organisation a Lead Member can be assigned. The Lead Member can add other members of their team to Memb@CRM and receive notifications and reports on their organisational activities, such as event attendence. Member Note
Admin users can create member notes which are stored against the member record. These notes are private and cannot be seen by the member.
